Due to the economic dynamism of the Syrian enterprise, notably in the Aleppo region, a new need has arisen for the training of managerial staff specialising in management techniques in the industrial, commercial, banking, and services sectors. These sectors are the most attractive to young professionals. However, for many young graduates and professionals, initial training does not always prepare them for a successful integration into related businesses.

In Syria, as in European countries, the facts of modern economics and the development of regional and global commerce require supplementary skills adapted to the management of today’s businesses: completing one’s basic training with a sound knowledge of languages, ICT and various disciplines linked to business administration is becoming essential for those wishing both to enter the professional domain in Syria and to develop trade abroad.
